When asked why he dedicates his time to PwP, John responded, “I am at a point in my life where giving back has become important to me. I have been very blessed during my lifetime and feel that volunteering is a way to share my life skills and experience.” Like many volunteers, John didn’t originally know much about the condition of cerebral palsy, but through PwP, he has had countless interactions with people in the CP community, and John has learned a great deal about this condition and feels that that raising funds for research is a very worthwhile use of his time.
